1.  Price do not include GST/PST

2.  CD/DVD of all edited photos to be available within 2 weeks, all edits made at the discretion of the Two Hearts Photography

3.  A 25% deposit for all packages, balance on session date

4.  Cancellation or rescheduling of session to be done 48 hours in advance or will result in loss of deposit.  In the event of sickness please contact as soon as possible to notify and reschedule

5.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted via PayPal

6.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  The rate at the time of booking, with paid deposit, will be guaranteed for 12 months.

7.  All originals are copyright and remain the sole property of Two Hearts Photography.  We reserve the right to use any picture in any form.

8.  Destination outside the Durham Region may include an additional travel fee

9.  Two Hearts Photography assumes no liability for loss or damage to originals
